1.Introduce yourself with few words

My name is Teodora Aneva, and I am a student in the 12th grade at the 'Academic Kiril Popov' High School of Mathematics, majoring in Informatics, Mathematics, and English.

2.Describe some of the main tasks and projects you worked on during the internship program

I had the unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of key processes in the company over the past few months, particularly through the introduction of innovative softwares.

3.What did a typical workday look like for you?

My workdays were guided by my mentor, Stoyan Georgiev, who assigned me various tasks related to digital processes. He challenged my imagination and analytical thinking in multiple directions and also introduced me to the administrative aspects of the work.

4.What was the most exciting part of your job?

During the internship at SUNTERRA, the most exciting part was not only diving into the work process that was entirely new to me but also having the opportunity to interact daily with experts from various fields. Everyone was approachable and eager to share their knowledge. This enriched the overall experience I gained in the company.

5.Were there certain challenges in successfully completing the tasks? How did you overcome them?

Naturally, facing something new brings challenges and questions. I focused on adapting and learning as quickly as possible, driven by my personal ambition for self-improvement. The support from everyone around me also played a crucial role in overcoming these challenges.

6.What is the most valuable skill you gained during your internship at SUNTERRA?

This internship provided me with invaluable insights into the corporate world, teaching me that true professionalism requires more than just a textbook knowledge. Dedication, flexibility, and a constant desire for growth are essential, as is the importance of cooperation, and unity when leading a team.

7.What are your future plans?

My plans focus on successfully completing my high school education and preparing for the upcoming university application process abroad.

8.How will the internship at SUNTERRA contribute to the realization of your plans?

The internship at SUNTERRA was incredibly valuable - beyond the knowledge I gained, the daily interactions, and the dynamic business environment. The experience strengthen my desire to pursue my chosen field of study and aspire me to become a permanent part of the corporate world. Additionally, it serves as a continuation of the three-year IT course I've been dedicated to in recent years.
