SUNTERRA, the largest solar energy generator in Bulgaria, officially launched the third photovoltaic plant in its portfolio - the Karlovo photovoltaic power plant.

Thus, together with the existing Galabovo and Dalgo pole photovoltaic power plants, the company's capacity has reached 540 MW.

The Karlovo  photovoltaic plant has a peak capacity of 107 MW.  The installations are located on the territory of two settlements - Dabene and Vasil Levski.

After the start of the Karlovo PPP, SUNTERRA's three plants will provide clean energy for over 200,000 households and save nearly 800,000 tons of carbon emissions per year.

This not only demonstrates the company's leadership in renewable energy but also makes the company an undisputed factor and driving force in Bulgaria's green transition.

SUNTERRA's ambitions do not stop there. The company's strategic plans for future investments also include the development of electricity storage facilities, wind power plants, and the production of green hydrogen from renewable sources.
